| Educational Qualification | Class 10th (Matriculation) pass from a recognized board, along with an ITI certificate in a relevant trade from an NCVT/SCVT-approved institution, or a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by NCVT. |
| Physical Efficiency Test (PET) | Male candidates must lift and carry 35 kg for 100 metres in 2 minutes in one chance, and run 1000 metres in 4 minutes 15 seconds. Female candidates must lift and carry 20 kg for 100 metres in 2 minutes in one chance, and run 1000 metres in 5 minutes 40 seconds. |
